Workshop sessions are generally briefing sessions with city staff; no votes are taken.

Topics of interest include: reports from Development Services on revisions to the Central Business District zoning code and an annexation request for the Gisvold property on Goldie Road; an update from the subcommittee on the uses of funds to be received by the City from the American Rescue Plan Act; a discussion of the Finance department’s analysis of public safety needs; a report from the Legal department on a proposed ordinance to create a process for the City to receive donations; and an update on the Windjammer Park Rotary Pedestrian Bridge project.
