Ron Muzzall – Pie in the Barn
August 17 @ 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm
I want to say thank you to all of you for your unwavering support. The primary has come and gone and while there are still votes left to be counted in Legislative District 10, we are feeling positive about the results. I couldn’t have gotten this far without your help and I am constantly humbled by the support our community has chosen to show me.
Join us for a post-primary gathering on Sunday, August 18, at 3pm here at the farm to help kick-start our general election campaign fundraising. We’ll be here at the 3 Sisters barn enjoying some local pies and ice cream. Both are as sweet as our supporters!
We can’t slow down now. This race was one of the most expensive legislative district races in the state. Uber-progressive PACs spent over a hundred thousand dollars spreading lies about my legislative record. We need to push forward and show that we don’t need another senator in Olympia who follows the status quo. We are TOO close to a super-majority in the Senate, which means we will quickly become like our neighbors in California.
Washingtonians need common-sense legislators that focus on the things most important to them – public safety, cost of living, housing/utilities, education, and mental health – without pushing costly tax and spend policies that will further overburden your average family. I’ve shown over and over again that I don’t play games in the legislature. I will fight for my constituents and push back against bad bills.
My pragmatic approach continues to be simple: ensuring the government is spending taxpayer dollars responsibly, safeguarding public trust in government, and enhancing economic prosperity through common-sense legislation that makes life easier, not harder.
Can I count on you to join us for our Pie Social? You can contribute securely online by clicking here. [Ed. Note: donation link omitted.] Individuals and businesses can contribute up to $1,200 each ($2,400 for couples). But remember, every dollar donated will make a big impact on our campaign to protect our community. We will also have sponsorship opportunities available. If you can’t make it, please consider a pitching in to get us started – even $10 makes a difference.
I am grateful for your support. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions. Together, we can steer Washington in the right direction.
All My Best,
Senator Ron Muzzall
