South Whidbey Parks and Recreation District – Special Board Meeting

A special meeting of the South Whidbey Parks and Recreation District board of commissioners for July 2023. The purpose of the meeting relates to the district’s proposed South Whidbey Aquatic Center bond measure on the November 2023 ballot. Commissioners will appoint members to committees to write the “for” and “against” statements for the voter’s guide, and to approve the explanatory statement for that guide.
