NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, by the Board of Commissioners of Whidbey Island Public Hospital District, that a public meeting has been scheduled for November 13, 2025 at 11:00am in the WhidbeyHealth HEC AB Conference Room, 101 N. Main Street, Coupeville, as the time and place for a public hearing regarding the district’s proposed annual budget for 2026. Interested persons may appear at the public hearing and give testimony for or against the proposed budget via in-person attendance, telephone, or video.
