Help us Fill the Bus and drive out hunger!
Our bus drivers and Transportation Center staff are revving up for its annual “Fill the Bus” event this Saturday (March 22) to support the Stanwood Camano Food Bank & Thrift Store. You can make a stop anytime from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Stanwood QFC, Grocery Outlet, or Camano IGA Plaza to drop off donations.
Let’s fuel up the food bank’s shelves and ensure no one in our community goes without the essentials.
Most needed items:
— Hearty soups & stews (Progresso-type)
— Mac & cheese
— Pasta & pasta sauce
— Canned beans (pinto, black, kidney)
— Cereal or granola (low sugar)
— Canned meat (chicken or tuna)
— Canned fruit (low sugar)
— Alternative milk (almond, oat, soy)
— Toilet paper
— Diapers (sizes 5 & 6)
— Baby wipes
— Feminine hygiene products
The Food Bank plays a critical role in alleviating hunger and meeting basic needs for individuals and families in our community. Your generosity will help stock their shelves and provide support where it’s needed most.
