HOSPITAL DISTRICT: Commissioners meeting to consider CEO applicants (WHIDBEYHEALTH)
The Whidbey Island Public Hospital District board of commissioners will meet twice this week to consider applicants to permanently fill the open CEO position. Interim CEO Michael Layfield has been serving in the role since March 2022.
The District sent out the following public meeting notices on Tue., Jan. 17.

A special meeting to be held in Executive Session of the Board of Hospital Commissioners for Whidbey Island Public Hospital District will be held in the Administration Conference Room at 101 N. Main Street, Coupeville, WA on Wednesday, January 18th, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. and concluding at 4:30 p.m. The purpose of the board meeting is to hold an executive session of the board of commissioners under RCW 42.30.110(1)(g) to evaluate the qualifications of applicants for the superintendent (CEO) position of WhidbeyHealth.
