House Technology, Economic Development, & Veterans – TVW

We live in an incredible state – full of recreation, hiking opportunities, natural beauty, great food, and so much more – and people need to know about it! Currently, we are not devoting nearly enough resources to attracting tourism to Washington. That’s why I introduced House Bill 2325, to allow our industry to create a reliable, industry-led program to use their funds to promote tourism across the globe! This will boost our local economies and support jobs in hospitality and related industries.

I’m excited to report this measure is moving! It’s been voted out of the House Committee on Technology, Economic Development & Veterans and is now scheduled for a public hearing in the House Finance Committee this week.
