- Local Agency Agreement with Bridgeview Consulting, LLC for Emergency Planning Services and Support. Amount $250,000.
- Contract Amendment No. 1 with Opportunity Council is to provide funding through the Homeless Housing Housing Funds for housing case management services to households staying at Marjie’s House, and to provide rental assistance to households with incomes at or below 50% of Average Median Income to prevent homelessness. It also provides assistance to households at or below 30% AMI who are homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness with rental assistance with the Consolidated Homeless Grant funds. This funding is for the second budget year of a two year contract. Amount: $474,162.
- Bid Award to Lakeside Industries, Inc. for 2022 Whidbey Island Hot Mix Asphalt Overlay. Amount: $2,156,830.
