- 9:00 AM: Sheriff’s Office: Acceptance of a grant for participation with local agencies to fund overtime, equipment, fuel, maintenance, travel, management and administration under the federal Department of Homeland Security’s grant program.
- 9:10 AM: Superior Court: Discussion of a number of interagency agreements with the Washington State Administrative Office of the Courts and with the Skagit County Office of Juvenile Court.
- 9:30 AM: Commissioner’s Office: Discussion of the county’s 2023 legislative priorities; appointments to county committees.
- 11:00 AM: Community Development/Long Range Planning: Discussion of a recommendation to consolidate the service area of two water systems in the Mutiny Bay area; discussion of an ordinance to rezone four parcels near Ault Field Road north of Oak Harbor; and a presentation of items to be included in work plan for 2023.

- 1:35 PM: Budget Manager: Review of a contract to provide $135,000 in American Rescue Plan Act funding to the Port of South Whidbey for their Fairgrounds Feasibility project to build workforce housing at the fairgrounds; review of a request for proposal (RFP) for affordable housing development.
- 2:20 PM: County Administrator: Discussion of a proposal in which the County would offer planning grants to organizations that want to develop affordable housing but lack expertise to develop proposals in a timely manner.
- 2:40 PM: Health Department / Department of Natural Resources: Discussion of a funding agreement to give the Whidbey Camano Land Trust $650,000 in Conservation Futures Funds for their Lagoon Point Forest Acquisition project.
