  • 9:00 AM Facilities: a work in-progress update from Facilities Management.
  • 9:30 AM: Human Services: discussion of a contract with the Washington Initiative for Supportive Employment for up to $28,000 for consulting services related to overall employment success of people who experience developmental disabilities.
  • 9:45 AM: Commissioner’s Office: discussion of reappointment of Jeff Rogers and Darys Kriegel to the Veterans Advisory Board and the appointment of Jeffrey Sturm to the Ebey’s Landing National Historical Trust Board.
  • 9:50 AM: Budget Manager: a presentation by the Port of South Whidbey on a $135,000 grant request from Rural Community Economic Development funds for their Fairgrounds Concessions Redevelopment for Workforce Housing project; a presentation on the status and forecast for revenues and expenditures by the Local Tourism Advisory Board (LTAC); and early estimates for revenues and expenses in the 2023 budget.
  • 11:20 AM: Planning and Community Development: a presentation on the interlocal agreement between Island County and the Town of Coupeville relating to Historic Preservation and Protection within the Ebey’s Landing National Historical Reserve.
