The Island County Democrats sent the following to supporters on Feb. 19, 2026.
Editor’s Note
Chaos in the other Washington. ICE out of control. Skyrocketing healthcare costs. Chaotic food prices. People hurting. Had enough? In coming months, we will be broadening our outreach efforts to focus on ways YOU can get involved and actions YOU can take locally to protect democracy and basic human rights here at home. – The Editors
