Note: Receipt of this email puzzled us at the Voter Interests Project, as we had been under the impression that only delegates elected at the caucuses (held Jan. 13, 2024) were invited to attend. We reached out to the ICRP Caucus and Convention Chair Sandi Peterson about this. She replied: “A person who was not elected at caucus can petition to be on the ballot (to become a delegate to the state convention). People can also be nominated from the floor.”]
