Just a reminder to beware of phishing scams. Current scams are targeting parents preparing their students for college. Just a reminder for all students and parents to go directly into their personal College Board accounts to share any information. Do not respond or share any personal information to any emails requesting personal information. Phishing scams can pose as legitimate entities using deceptive emails, text messages, and/or phone calls with the goal to trick individuals to revealing sensitive information or clicking malicious links. They may already have specific personal information that makes them look real in an effort to solicit more personal data.
