Starting in April, Langley City Council meetings are moving to a different location.
Mayor Kennedy Horstman announced this week that the public meetings will take place next door in the newly reopened Langley Library, which has a new space equipped for teleconferenced meetings.
They Said It
“We’re hoping that the first regular city council meeting in April will be conducted in the new meeting room in the library,” Horstman said. “Pretty thrilled about that.”
The mayor added that city records will be stored in council chambers as a way to save money and move out of the area that is currently being rented.
