A quick legislative update as we head into the last 14 days of the legislative session. Many thanks to everyone who joined Sen. Muzzall and I last Saturday at our town hall and spoke to me about bills and policies. Hey folks, I’m Dave, Representative Dave Paul. A quick legislative update here. We are in the final few weeks of the legislative session. So we’re wrapping up in our policy committees. We’re wrapping up looking at those bills that came over from the Senate. And we’re going to shift now in the next few days to looking at only, uh, fiscal bills that have come to our fiscal committees. So I serve on the Transportation Committee, so we’ll be, uh, passing out those bills from the Senate. And then we’ll go full-time on the floor, uh, to wrap up our legislative session. We’ll pass an operating, capital, and transportation budget. And we’ll be focusing on bills that are necessary to implement those budgets.

We had a great town hall on Saturday with Senator Muzzall. I really appreciate getting your feedback there. But please keep talking to us about what issues are most important to you.
