Local holiday support resources for families
The Stanwood-Camano School District posted this on its website on 2025-11-13 16:00:00.

As the holiday season approaches, we want to share widely about several local organizations offering meaningful support for families in our community.
Stanwood-Camano Food Bank
The Food Bank is providing Thanksgiving meal boxes for families and individuals, with pick-up dates and details available on their website. They are also offering Warm Coats for All and Holiday House programs — families can register online to receive coats or holiday gifts.
Information about how community members can support these efforts, including links to the Food Bank’s Amazon Wish List, can also be found at stanwoodcamanofoodbank.org/seasonalsupport.
Snohomish County Christmas House
For families who live or work in Snohomish County, the Christmas House provides free holiday gifts for children through a shop-style experience. Most of our families are already connected to this wonderful program, but it’s a great reminder to register again this year. Details and eligibility information can be found at christmas-house.org.
Ongoing Food Bank Support
Beyond seasonal programs, the Stanwood-Camano Food Bank provides year-round access to nutritious food and essential household items for families and individuals in need. Regular service hours and information about how to receive assistance — or how to volunteer or donate — can be found at stanwoodcamanofoodbank.org.
These efforts reflect our district’s Strategic Plan commitment to ensuring all students and families feel supported, connected, and empowered to thrive.
We’re grateful for these community partners who help make the holidays brighter for local families — and for the many ways our community comes together to care for one another.
