Monica (pictured right) is a truly dedicated FOCL volunteer. She has worked tirelessly for the FOCL in many roles over the past 15+ years, including treasurer, gingerbread contest chairperson, and creative guru.
Monica and her husband Bill helped create the upcycled Free Little Library near the Orca Wheel at the Coupeville Wharf. They both have worked quietly behind the scenes helping repair the Friends book nook, decorating the library and supporting wherever they can.
