My bill to strengthen reckless driving penalties passed the Senate yesterday. Excessive speeding poses a significant threat to the safety of all road users. By enacting stricter penalties for those who egregiously violate speed limits, we aim to deter dangerous driving behaviors and enhance public safety on our highways.
