The City of Oak Harbor facilitated a “public conversation” on Wed., Dec. 4, 2024, about SPiN Cafe, a community organization serving “people experiencing homelessness” in Oak Harbor since 2012. The organization moved into a new facility on Barlow Street in 2023. The meeting lasted approximately ninety minutes.
