- A presentation on the Economic Development Council (EDC) for Island County by Executive Director Sharon Sappington followed by a vote on a professional services contract with the EDC.
- A public hearing on proposed Ordinance 1953 on Residential Density Standards (implements several measures to increase housing unit density per acre in the residential zones) followed by a vote on the ordinance.
- A public hearing on proposed Ordinance 1955 on the Crosby Villa Rezone changing the zoning on one parcel located on NW Crosby Ave from R-2 (Limited Multiple-Family Residential) to R-3 (Multiple Family Residential), followed by a vote on the ordinance. Rezoning the parcel will allow the construction of a 60-unit apartment building on the site. Existing zoning would limit the development to 47 units.
