  • A presentation by outgoing Executive Director of the Greater Oak Harbor Chamber of Commerce on the Chamber’s activities, and introducing incoming Executive Director Magi Aguilar.
  • A public hearing on proposed Ordinance 1959, which amends the city’s municipal code sections on Manufactured Home Parks and Subdivisions and Planned Residential Developments to bring them in line the city’s Shoreline Master Program.
  • Approval of a purchase and sale agreement for property located at 1081 and 1091 SE Pioneer Way for $400,000.
  • Referral of the use of lodging tax funds to the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee for review of applications for those funds.
