OAK HARBOR: Election Day Results

Island County Elections has posted results as of Tue., Feb. 11, 2025 for the February Special Election. The only item on the ballot was the Oak Harbor School District’s educational programs and operations levy. The levy is passing with 4,372 Yes votes (61.89%) to 2,692 No Votes (38.11%). Levy measures require 60% Yes votes to pass. The elections office estimates that they have 500 ballots remaining to count. However, state law requires ballots to be postmarked by election day, so additional ballots will likely arrive over the course of the next several days. In addition, this number may not include ballots dropped at drop boxes late on election day.
