Our ABC Teams — Academic, Budget, and Capital Projects community committees — held their first meetings of the 2024-25 school year in December.
Each team has hit the ground running, building a strong foundation to ensure thoughtful and impactful collaboration moving forward.
The Academic Team reviewed data and priorities to enhance student achievement and align with the district’s strategic goals. The Budget Team focused on school funding priorities, transparency, and fiscal planning to support community values. Meanwhile, the Capital Projects Team began by re-evaluating safe walking routes.
The next meeting will be for the Academic Team. That committee meets at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 8, at Stanwood Middle School. Each ABC Team meeting is open to the public.
