Our WhidbeyHealth Emergency Room hosted a specialized skills training focusing on readiness for pediatric patients last week. Training was provided by the Pediatric Readiness Team from Seattle Children’s Hospital. We collaborated and hosted this important training for our ER nurses, Doctors, Respiratory Therapists, Pharmacists, EMS, and nursing leadership.

Together the training focused on building skills and identifying process improvements so we can best take care of sick children in need of care. Training like this ensures our team stays current with the latest best practices, so you always receive the highest quality care, right when you need it most.
