Our brush truck – along with firefighters Urrego & Down, AC Allen, and firefighter Wunsch from Burlington Fire Department deployed to the Balsam Root fire in Wenatchee on July 5. They returned home Sunday.
Unfortunately, wildfire season is here. Training and deploying to wildland firefighting keeps our skills sharp for local brush fires. Plus, if we ever have a need for additional support, we’ve already built that relationship.
