Central Whidbey Island Fire & Rescue is sad to announce the passing of retired volunteer firefighter Tom Chan. Tom and his son Chris were long time volunteer members who gave countless hours of dedicated service to the Greenbank and Lagoon Point communities. Thank you both for your service
