Congratulations Abigail Giugliano and Bradley Price of Oak Harbor High School for being chosen to perform at the Tournament of Roses Parade!

Before heading off, they were celebrated at a school pep rally and recognized with the Mayor’s first “We See You” Award, honoring their dedication.
