It’s pretty special to watch these kids start a new year full of adventures in the same school district that I went through (Although I was a Crescent Harbor Crusader (now Cubs) and she is Broadview Explorer and He’s a Headstart Hero!
It’s even more special to know that I am still connected to many of my classmates from first grade and my first grade teacher. That’s the magic of living in a place where you have deep connections. I continue to feel blessed that I can call Island County my home!
