Halloween festivities have already been underway throughout our community!
Several of our elementary parent groups have already hosted trunk-or-treat style events. On Friday, Utsalady Elementary Booster Club held their annual Pumpkin Groove fun-run.
Stanwood High School is hosting its annual Trick or Treat So Others Can Eat Food Drive now through November 1. Students can donate non-perishable items during their second-period classes.
On Halloween afternoon and evening, the City of Stanwood hosts a spooktacular trick-or-treating event downtown featuring more than 40 candy stops.
Meanwhile, we urge everyone to exercise excess caution during these holiday events as more pedestrians than usual will be out and about along our streets during dusk hours.
