Twin City Elementary is bringing the Winter Olympics into the classroom.

Each grade level has adopted a different country — other than the United States — and is tracking that nation’s medal count throughout the Games. At the same time, the entire school is joining together to follow Team USA and celebrate every medal earned.

It’s a fun way to connect learning with a global event — building excitement while practicing math skills, exploring geography, and celebrating teamwork and perseverance.
