Twin City Elementary students are participating in Sno-Isle Libraries’ Third-Graders Read Together program again this year! This exciting partnership between public schools and libraries throughout Snohomish and Island counties encourages third-grade students to discover the joy of reading while developing literacy and teamwork skills.
Recently, students read “The Skull” by Jon Klassen. To deepen their connection to the story, Vicky Beatty with Sno-Isle Libraries helped students participate in a creative art activity inspired by the book — designing their own masks, just like the characters in the story!
We are so proud to see students diving into these enriching experiences, and we can’t wait to see how they continue to grow as readers and learners!
