Utsalady Elementary fifth-grader Mia Utchenko was celebrated at last night’s School Board meeting, where she received a Shining Star award for her positive contributions to her school community.

Superintendent Ryan Ovenell administered the Oath of Office to John Russell (District 1) and Charlotte Murry (District 3), followed by the annual selection of Board officers.
