Saturday night offered a quick glimpse — our students helped bring music and energy to the city’s tree lighting — but the winter concert season is really just getting started.

Over the next two weeks, stages across the district will be filled with performances students have been preparing for months. Elementary and middle school concerts are taking place for their school communities, and our high school musicians are getting ready to welcome the broader community to two free, public performances:

🔔 SHS Band Concert — 7 p.m., Dec. 15, Stanwood High Performing Arts Center

🔔 SHS Winter Choir Concert — 7 p.m., Dec. 17, Stanwood High Performing Arts Center

▶️ You can also watch the middle school and high school concerts on our district YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/@stanwood-camanoschooldistr3835

Families looking for details about their school’s winter performances can find dates and times in their school’s family newsletter or on their school’s calendar.

Thank you to the families and community members who make time to attend these concerts — your support and presence mean a great deal to our students.

Events like these reflect our strategic plan and District Promise in action. Through music, collaboration, and performance, students build confidence, creativity, and skills that extend well beyond the stage!
