Meanwhile, Slater is eager to build upon the success of the Spartans’ program while instilling a culture of discipline, accountability, and community pride.
“I am excited about the opportunity to give back to a school that I believe has the potential to be one of the most dominant programs in the state,” Slater said. “Stanwood is a special place and has all the right pieces in place to continue with the great athletic tradition that the school has had for so many years.”
