Summerfest 2024 in the books ☀️

I was so busy talking to voters today that this is the only Summerfest photo I got (go figure, it’s a horse). My favorite voter conversation today? An Oak Harbor resident wanted to chat about safe toad migration in the Sunrise Hills neighborhood. It’s the first campaign talk about toads I’ve had! 🐸

Nearly 120 people packed themselves into the backyard of Grethe and Diane. Visiting Grethe’s is always so meaningful to me because of the respect and admiration I have for her accomplishments. Today also marks the launch of our general campaign, and Team Marie will be out talking to voters all over Island County. We can’t wait to meet folks in Oak Harbor and on Camano!
