WHIDBEY NEWS TIMES: North Whidbey could be home to the newest port, a type of district that hasn’t been created in nearly four decades. The Oak Harbor City Council unanimously decided to move forward with the decision on Tuesday.

WHIDBEY NEWS TIMES: In October, Oak Harbor installed the “Angel de Creatividad,” a 37-foot abstract angel sculpture, in Flintstone Park. Three months later, and following several approvals in the last four years, the city council “accepted” it.
