The League of Women Voters of Whidbey Island (LWVWI) live-streamed a candidate forum via YouTube on Fri., Oct. 20, 2023. The forum featured candidates for Mayor of Coupeville, Coupeville School Board, and Commissioners for the Port of Coupeville.
