Thanks to a federal grant, property owners located within the South Whidbey Parks and Recreation District won’t have to continue paying off a particular bond in 2023 and 2024.
A forthcoming addition to South Whidbey’s network of Trustland Trails will provide much-needed space for those looking to access the trails for different reasons. South Whidbey Parks and Recreation commissioners approved the construction of a new trail.
