The next Community Health Advisory Board (CHAB) Meeting will be held on February 7th, 2024 from 11AM – 1PM.

CHAB meets on the first Friday of each month from 11AM – 1PM. The primary goal for 2025 is the completion of our Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP).
