The Stanwood-Camano Area Foundation recently awarded Mimsie Metzger and Jon L. Metzger Music Grants to both Stanwood Middle School and the Teen Music Program at the Community Resource Center.
Thank you to the Metzger Family and SCAF!
SCAF reports that the Metzger Family hopes the grants will make a difference in the lives of others who love music as much as Mimsie and Jon did.
At SMS, the grants will help acquire teaching materials and technology resources to make sure all students feel challenged to grow and enjoy improving at their instruments.
