This spring was far less busy than last spring. Between April 1 and June 30, 2023, we responded to 653 calls.
By contrast, we responded 574 calls – that’s 79 fewer calls – between April 1 and June 30 this year.
Why the difference? So many variables could affect that number – more rain, less rain, more warm weather, fewer people hiking, more people out on the water.
