Today, as we celebrate St. Patrick’s Day, I’m reminded of the hardworking Irish immigrants whose dedication to farming helped shape America’s agricultural heritage. Much like the farmers of today, they understood the importance of tending the land, nurturing growth, and building strong communities.
On the farm, we know a little luck never hurts—but hard work, faith, and good soil always pay off. Whether you’re planting crops or working toward a better Washington, it takes grit and perseverance to see things grow.
