UPDATE: The procession for Lt. Serena “Dug” Wileman is now expected to arrive in Oak Harbor at 6:30pm.
We invite the community to come out and show their support for Lt. Wileman’s family and friends. The community is welcome to line up on the side streets and pay their respects (see map below), there will not be any services tonight.
The procession for Lt. Serena Wileman is running slightly ahead schedule at is expected to arrive in Oak Harbor via highway 20 on the north end of Oak Harbor around 6:30 pm
