We wanted to give everyone a heads-up that our Utilities team will be short-staffed next week on the utility due date of January 20.

(Our utility bills are normally due on the 18th of each month. For January 2026, the due date will be Tuesday, January 20, since the 18th falls on a Sunday and Monday, January 19, is a holiday)

Please consider paying your utility bill this week or you can make payments directly on our website.
