WHAT’S THAT SMELL IN OAK HARBOR?
This week, we’ve seen many comments on social media about the strange smell in Oak Harbor. We want to reassure everyone that this is a sign of our city preparing for the new season!
The smell is from the application of biosolids, a natural and sustainable fertilizer.
