Emily Gilbert reports that the Oak Harbor City Council voted to look into accepting a gift sculpture for Windjammer Park. The city’s public opinion tool, Zencity, showed that the public opposes the sculpture, preferring to return the windmill to the park.
Council members Erica Wasinger (position 4), Joel Servatius (position 5), Jim Woessner (position 6), and Millie Goebel (position 7) are up for election in 2021.
