WHIDBEY NEWS-TIMES: Sound Off: Governance of hospital needs a new model

David Allen, one of three finalists who for the Whidbey Island Hospital District Commissioner position vacated by Nancy Fey, wrote a Sound Off column for the Whidbey News-Times about his views of the District’s board of commissioners. Allen’s column appeared in the paper’s Sep. 24, 2022 edition.
