The city of Langley is considering the sale of a 340 square foot oddly shaped piece of property the city owns down by the marina. A condition of the sale would involve a subsequent transfer of the property to the Port of South Whidbey. At the council meeting on Monday, council members received input on the proposed sale from the public. After some discussion, they decided to table the issue so all the council members could view the property and to allow time for public comment. Kira Erickson has the story on this issue.
