  • Purchase and Sale Agreement with Addenda for purchase of real property located at 80 N. Main Street, Coupeville. Amount: $899,950. The property is to be used as administrative offices for Island County Public Works.
  • Contract Amendment with the state Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) adding funding for July 1, 2022 – June 30, 2023 for the developmental disabilities program. Amount: $1,156,913.
  • Contract Amendment No. 1 with Citizens Against Domestic and Sexual Abuse (CADA) to provide funding through Homeless Housing Funds for individuals and families fleeing intimate partner violence with emergency shelter, transitional housing, case management, resources, and referrals directly related to the prevention of homelessness. This funding is for the second budget year of a two year contract. Amount: $83,062
  • Contract Amendment No. 1 with Ryan’s House for Youth to provide additional funding through Homeless Housing Funds for homeless young adults, ages 18-24, with night by night shelter, transitional housing and case management. This funding is for the second budget year of a two year contract. Amount: $75,000.
  • Contract Amendment No. 1 with SPiN Cafe to provide additional funding with Homeless Housing Funds to serve homeless individuals and families with incomes at or below 50% of the area median income with access to a Day Center, supportive services, resources, referrals and a meal. This funding is for the second budget year of a two year contract. Amount: $48,255.
  • Contract Amendment No. 1 with Whidbey Homeless Coalition to provide additional funding with Homeless Housing Funds for homeless individuals and families with a low barrier overnight shelter, a short-term shelter and support services. This funding is for the second budget year of a two year contract. Amount: $245,270.
  • Contract Bond with Lakeside Industries for 2022 Whidbey Island Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) Overlays. Amount $1,534,235.
